He pointed out that in the future, new energy will develop in a distributed way and become inclusive together with traditional energy. Prason Agarwal, regional project director of the International Renewable Energy Agency, said that to accelerate the development of renewable energy, comprehensive technologies should be developed, such as identifying and confirming the location of renewable energy, developing financing projects, reducing industrial energy consumption, adding new energy vehicles, deploying digital communication technology, etc.




New energy takes "expanding market and reducing cost" as policy




Zeng Shaojun pointed out that China's energy revolution has three paths: reduction revolution, increment revolution and efficiency revolution. The energy reduction revolution includes three aspects: subject, means and object. However, the reduction revolution is not "one size fits all", simple and absolute reduction, but "structural weight loss". The control of the total amount of energy should be careful with administrative constraints. Energy incremental revolution includes traditional energy, new energy and overseas energy. Traditional energy development should be based on "structural adjustment and environmental protection". Efforts should be made in green mining, clean use and efficiency improvement. New energy should be based on the principle of "expanding market and reducing cost". The energy efficiency revolution includes the energy network and market system. The energy network is mainly to speed up the construction of smart grid and strengthen the power demand side management. The interconnection with surrounding countries and regions should be considered. The oil and gas network should be improved to form a large system of national interconnection. The expansion of the west east power transmission capacity and the UHV transmission should be on the agenda. In the aspect of market system, we should open up market access and introduce competition; reform the way of energy management by the government, speed up price reform, distribute interests reasonably and mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties.




Zeng Shaojun believed that at present, in terms of China's new energy, first, the "wind" has passed. China's wind power industry has undergone great changes in more than ten years. It has experienced a tortuous process of explosive high-speed development, falling to a low point and then turning to recovery. At present, it is in a period of steady development.




Second, "Yang" light rises. China's solar energy heat utilization industry has developed rapidly, and has become the world's largest country in solar energy heat utilization production and application. The industry has experienced a rapid growth period, and is now transitioning to a mature period of calm development.




Third, "life" is full of vitality. As an important part of China's future green energy, biomass energy industry is showing great vitality. Facing the dual pressure of energy shortage and environmental pollution, biomass energy as a clean, environmental and renewable energy is a very ideal alternative. Even in the context of weak global economic recovery, the development of China's biomass industry has made breakthrough progress.




The fourth is the "hot" air. China is rich in geothermal resources. Due to the technical difficulties, investment instability and other risk factors in the process of development and utilization, the utilization of geothermal resources in China is still relatively limited, accounting for less than 0.5% of the energy structure. However, from the perspective of future development trend, the development and utilization of geothermal energy in China has broad prospects.




Energy storage is the core of energy Internet

Promote the deep development of energy revolution




Zeng Shaojun concluded that the key to the future development of wind power lies in the sea, and the core is to solve environmental problems. In terms of solar photovoltaic power generation, the key of crystalline silicon technology path is to further reduce production costs and improve management level, and the film should pay more attention to market application; solar thermal power generation needs more breakthroughs in the construction of commercial demonstration projects, so as to attract investment and achieve large-scale development; the way out for solar thermal utilization lies in engineering application and cross season heat storage; the development of biomass energy The core is to solve the problem of collecting radius of raw materials, which is related to China's legal credit environment; the use of shallow geothermal should focus on environmental impact assessment, and large-scale development and utilization should do well in groundwater recharge and avoid pollution.




Looking forward to China's new energy development in the future, Zeng Shaojun said that the first is distributed development: the distributed development of new energy. In the future, the distributed application and innovative development of photovoltaic, wind power, biomass energy, geothermal energy and other energy systems will become an important part of China's response to climate change and energy security.




Second, clean utilization: that is, clean utilization of traditional energy.
